- For US customers EXPRESS SHIPPING DHL 2 days is an option if you need your items ASAP.
- For Canadian customer, please contact us for Express shipping rate. We will find the best rate accordingly to your Province.
- We do not ship to any P.O. Box addresses.
- You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- EXES LINGERIE is not responsible for tracking any orders that have been shipped. Please see links for tracking information.
- If you want us to ship to a different address than your billing address, you are responsible for providing both addresses clearly.
- If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
- The time to deliver varies depending on the Country for international deliveries. We only provide an estimated delivery date.
