We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know why.

If you ordered the wrong size: we will send you another one in the size you need. Customers are responsible for returning the original item(s).

If the item is damaged: Please send us a picture of the damaged item(s). We will send you a prepaid waybill for you to return the original. Once we receive it, we will replace this item by sending you a new one or offer you a refund.

If you are not happy about your purchase, please explain to us why: We will do everything we can to make you satisfied.


  • If the item(s) has to be returned, we will send you a return authorization number and the instructions explaining how to proceed.
  • You must return your merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • For hygienic reasons all items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and brand new with all original tags attached or we will not accept it back.
  • The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached. 
  • Shipping fees will not be reimbursed if the return is denied.
  • Please allow 3-4 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse.
  • Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed above.
